WWE returns to Peacock and the WWE Network for Hell in a Cell 2021. This year’s event will feature Bobby Lashley defending the WWE Universal title in a “Last Chance” Hel in a Cell match against Drew McIntyre. The show will also feature Bianca Belair defending the SmackDown Women’s championship against Bayley in Hell in a Cell.
The show also has other matches. Seth Rollins will once again face-off with Cesaro. The bookmakers have Rollins as a slight favorite here as they expect him to get his win back from WrestleMania. That makes a lot of sense to me as Cesaro already lost to Roman and now it’s time to cycle him back down. That’s just how this factory works.
One bet that is really sticking out to me is Rhea Ripley taking on Charlotte Flair. We’ve seen time and time again over the years just how much WWE likes to go with Charlotte when it comes to the title and I would not be surprised whatsoever to see her win here at +175. It’s hard to tell with the lack of crowds and the storytelling, but it doesn’t feel like WWE is in on Ripley as they should be. I can see them going back to the safety net here.
Another interesting underdog play to me is Shayna Baszler at +525 against Alexa Bliss at -1000. I always loved going against The Fiend because the odds were always so nice and his win record wasn’t what you’d think it would be. That same type of logic moves over to Alexa here. Not a lock or anything, but a great value and worth a small bet.

WWE Hell in a Cell 2021 Betting Odds:
- Alexa Bliss (-1000) vs. Shayna Baszler (+525)
- Bianca Belair (-2500) vs. Bayley (+750)
- Bobby Lashley (-400) vs. Drew McIntyre (+250)
- Seth Rollins (-170) vs. Cesaro (+130)
- Kevin Owens (-300) vs. Sami Zayn (+200)
- Rhea Ripley (-250) vs. Charlotte Flair (+175)
- Roman Reigns (-3000) vs. Rey Mysterio (+850)
Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens will continue their long feud with another match here. Sami is an underdog here, but I really have no idea what the thinking is here. These two have wrestled so many times that a win by one or the other doesn’t matter.
There are odds on Rey Mysterio and Roman Reigns here, but that match happened on Friday. Are they going to do it again here? Is Roman going to wrestle DOMINIK? Who knows? Who cares? Roman is going to win. Get us to SummerSlam already.
The Lashley/Drew match is a tough one for me to pick. It feels like Drew should win since it’s his last chance and he’s a face and WWE puts smiles on faces, but doesn’t it feel like he could lose here and then move to SmackDown to set-up a big match with Roman at SummerSlam? They are going to need to do something big and that’s about as big as it gets in WWE right now. The odds reflect that theory.
The odds aren’t worth betting for Bianca Belair to the point where it might be worth throwing a couple bucks on Bayley at +750. It’s a bullying storyline so Bianca should win for all the bullied elite college athletes out there, but it’s WWE so who knows.
