WWE TLC 2020 Betting Odds

WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs is the final WWE pay-per-view event of the year and takes place Sunday, December 20th. This is the last major pay-per-view before Royal Rumble and comes just five days before Christmas. Don’t expect a lot of noteworthy events from this one. We could see some great matches, but based on the track record of this event it is probably going to be forgettable.

The event will be headlined by two big title matches as Roman Reigns defends the WWE Universal Championship against Kevin Owens and Drew McIntyre defends the WWE Championship against AJ Styles. The odds on both of these matches are pretty high towards the favorite and for good reason. We are so close to Royal Rumble and WrestleMania season that doing a title switch now is almost unheard of.

Roman Reigns is not losing, Drew McIntyre is not losing, and while we’re here Sasha Banks isn’t losing either. She’s a -350 favorite against Carmella and that is almost worth betting. There’s no reason for her to lose here and she is one of the top drawing wrestlers in the entire company. She is not going to lose to Carmella. Sorry, Carmella stans.

So, what to bet on? I actually think the other two matches on the card are really good betting opportunities. We’ll talk about them below.

Complete odds for WWE TLC: Tables, Ladders, and Chairs 2020 from BetOnline are below.

WWE TLC 2020 Betting Odds:

  • Bray Wyatt (-300) vs. Randy Orton (+200)
  • Drew McIntyre (-600) vs. AJ Styles (+350)
  • Roman Reigns (-2000) vs. Kevin Owens (+650)
  • Sasha Banks (-350) vs. Carmella (+225)
  • Cedric Alexander & Shelton Benjamin (-200) vs. New Day (+150)
  • Asuka & Lana (-120) vs. Shayna Baszler & Nia Jax (-120)

The Randy Orton/Bray Wyatt match is probably the best bet of the night. The rumors of Edge’s return coinciding with another WrestleMania match with Randy Orton are strong. Randy Orton has spent the past several months getting beat up by Drew McIntyre so now would be a good team to heat him back up a little. The Fiend is what he is at this point so I don’t think he loses much by losing here. Of course, this is WWE and Edge’s return could simply mean that he costs Orton this match. I think that would be a mistake though and that return needs to be saved for a show that people might actually watch. I’ll be betting Orton here.

The New Day are the champions, but they are the underdogs in their match against Cedric & Shelton. I feel like that is a mistake. We don’t usually see title changes on this show and these two teams have already wrestled a million times. If they were going to change the titles, they would’ve by now. Learn more on Bodog Casino

Lana is out of the women’s tag team title match and with her goes the odds.

The other good betting option is Lana & Asuka at -120 against the Women’s Tag Team champions. They have been telling a bullying story with Lana against these two women and that only works if she manages to overcome the odds and defeat them. So, that’s what’s going to happen, right? The match is for the WWE Women’s Tag Team championships and I can definitely see WWE rewarding the year that Asuka has had with another title thus making her one of the most decorated women’s wrestlers in the history of the company. She deserves it!

This show is set to have a few more matches so I will update the post between now and then when more odds are available.
